Please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You will be charged in full for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Policies

Tardiness:
To show respect for the therapist and other clients who may be following you please arrive on time.  If you do arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to ensure that any following appointments start on time.  Regardless of the length of treatment, clients will be responsible for Full payment of the scheduled appointment time.  Please DO NOT arrive more then 10 minutes early.

Communication Policy:
Sometimes – especially for those new to massage – you can feel quite vulnerable during a massage.  That’s why it is important for you to communicate with your therapist throughout the massage if your therapist is applying too much pressure or if you feel uncomfortable.

Personal Conduct Policy:
Massage by Erin Hardy has a Zero Tolerance Policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior.  If any behavior is considered inappropriate, including touching, sexual innuendos and/or rude requests, the session will be terminated immediately and FULL payment is required.

Draping Policy:
Draping is REQUIRED by law...Period...no exceptions.
